    Grease, this year’s fall musical, took the stage November 15-17 in the Roy Disney Family Pavilion. Leads junior Joey Barnathan and senior Kayla Foster stole the show, while seniors Rachel Kaplan, Thadeus Dowad, and Jessica Strassman along with the rest of the cast made the musical a hit.

    The boys varsity tennis team, the fifth ranked team in CIF-SS Division IV, lost in a devastating manner by one game, 78-77, after tying 9-9 in sets to Mark Keppel of Alhambra, a wild card team in the tournament, on Saturday afternoon. The Griffins ended its season 15-4.

    The boys varsity baseball team earned its CIF-SS Division VII playoffs second round 9-4 win over the Cornerstone Christian Crusaders on May 22 at Gilley Stadium. Senior Richie Polan, Liberty League MVP, who closed the game for the Griffins, went 3-3 with a double and an RBI. Polan is on the mound for Buckley in Friday's quarterfinal matchup against top-seeded Saddleback Valley Christian at 3:15 on Gilley.
