Robert Young Library

Welcome to the Robert Young Library. Our library serves the entire Buckley community with an emphasis on resources and recreational reading for students in grades six through twelve. Our goal is to provide resources to support the curriculum, to stimulate the development of intellectual curiosity, and to encourage a joy of reading in our students. With a sequential program of skill instruction, we strive to teach students to identify, locate, and use a variety of materials proficiently and with confidence.

The Robert Young Library comes to you through the Web enabling the entire Buckley School community to access the catalog from any computer, on or off campus, which is connected to the Internet. The community also enjoys access to a variety of online databases for research and other information needs, offering resources such as full-text articles from journals, newspapers, and magazines, literary criticism, biographical essays, an online encyclopedia, and software to assist in bibliographic citation.

All members of the Buckley School community are invited to use the library as their needs and interests dictate.
