The Beautification

Throughout the campus, inviting landscaped courtyards with paved terraces will serve as gathering places for students to study, dine, or just relax.

Extensive landscaping would be added, with special attention paid to local plants to harmonize campus greenery with the canyon setting. Unnecessary hardscape – parking lots and roadways – would be removed so that the open space is not interrupted and greenery is emphasized.

Importantly, all vehicle queuing would be eliminated from Stansbury Avenue.

A heavily landscaped new entry drive and a replacement Gatehouse will serve to beautify the views onto campus from Stansbury Avenue.
